SAME Table Celebration

Join SAME as we celebrate healthy food access for all at our annual SAME Table Celebration. We will be hosting our next event on March 5th, 2026 at Dry Clean Only. This celebration is designed to welcome all people in Denver to gather around the SAME Table to share stories, enjoy food and create lasting memories. One way we make our event accessible is by offering full price, volunteer and pay what you can tickets. The immediate impact of SAME Café Denver is in meals served, individuals trained, and communities reached. The true positive change happens over time, as people recognize their own dignity and the value they bring, and change themselves, their community, and eventually the world. Through our Café and outreach program, SAME Café Denver serves an average of 25,000 meals annually. Your participation in our annual celebration ensures that SAME Café Denver can continue the mission of healthy food access for all in Denver regardless of ability to pay. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Savor an array of bites from some of your favorite Denver chefs; Dana Rodriguez (Work & Class, Carne), Carrie Shores (SAME Café) Jim Pittenger (aka Biker Jim), Jeff Osaka (Twelve, Osaka Ramen, Sushi-Rama), Steve Rohs (The Painted Bench Catering), Aniedra Nichols (Table 6), Brian DeSouza (The Regular, The Guest), Erasmo Casiano (Lucina Eatery & Bar and Xiquita Restaurant & Bar), Kenneth Wan (MAKfam), Natasha Hess (Ginger Pig), Darrel Truett (Barolo Grill), Matt Vawter (Rootstalk Restaurant and Radicato Restaurant), (Mary Nguyen (Olive & Finch).

This nonprofit restaurant, whose name is an acronym for “So All May Eat,” aims to “create community through healthy food access,” inviting its guests to donate money, volunteer time, or produce in exchange for their meals; Spork & Compass, a new supper club founded by Mary Nguyen, Mark Antonation, and Ruth Tobias, aims in turn to raise money for the café in a particular time of need given ever-rising costs and ongoing construction on Colfax Avenue, where it’s located. Gluten free and vegan items will be available!
